One of the cornerstones of our democracy is the Constitutional right to seek justice from a jury of our peers.

The Oregon Jury Project is dedicated to protecting the right of every Oregonian to seek justice and accountability through a trial by a jury of their peers. 

Standing up for this fundamental right has never been more important:  powerful forces have repeatedly tried to take our rights away at the ballot box, and we are daily confronted by demands to sign away the right to ask a jury for justice.

Oregonians have voted twice since 2000 to protect this important Constitutional right.  It's important to continue to protect our rights.
